William Guillani was apprehended at Laguindingan Airport by Police operatives and CIDG Wednesday evening of July 6, 2016 because of a warrant of arrest regarding his rape case. Mr. Guillane came from Manila via Cebu Pacific flight. He will be brought to either Lumbia Police or at the Maharlika. He will be presented tomorrow morning at the Hall of Justice at their Temporary Office at the City Tourism Hall.
