Job Description

Basic Functions
* Conduct a 90-day development program for new and existing agents to ensure fast coding, licensing and early productivity
* Conduct data and training needs analysis for agents to determine and address development gaps.
* Motivates and drives new agents to achieve desired productivity levels.
* Monitors sales activities and provides support to new agents to ensure the attainment of sales targets
* Generates reports for general information and decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications or any business-related course.
Experience: With 3-5 years experience in training and development in insurance and finance industry.

Skills:
* Excellent sales and people management skills
* Sales training experience is highly preferable
* With experience in developing and implementing training modules and materials
* Excellent written and oral communication as well as presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others.
* Proficient use of MS Office programs
* Analytical and highly organized
* Willingness to cultivate own growth and learning within the insurance industry.
* Possesses a positive and problem-solving attitude.
* Chinese/Mandarin-speaking skills for Chinatown position is an advantage

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for the proper implementation of the Company's existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and standards of the company.

Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations. Assists the tenants in resolving construction related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department. Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants' temporary and final clearances to operate.

Educational Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
2. Engineering License is not required but is an advantage

Experience Requirements

* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* With excellent communication skills
* Highly analytical, keen to details and is results-oriented

Work Location

Applicants must be willing to be assigned in SM City Cagayan de Oro or SM Cagayan de Oro Premier

Coming from a successful celebration of all things motorcycle last year, Pilipinas Shell takes things to the next level by hosting a bigger and grander Shell Bike Fair 2016. To show Shell’s appreciation for the motorcycle community, this year’s Shell Bike Fair is a series of three grand events in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
