DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST / SALES SUPERVISOR
Assigned Area: MINDANAO
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Distributors performance to achieve the following:
- Sales to Distributor and Sales to Trade targets
- Effective placement, saturation, promotion and merchandising.
- To develop Distributor Sales Personnel skills to achieve the following KPI's such as, VOLUME, DISTRIBUTION, COLLECTION AND MERCHANDISING.
- To help distributor to develop and improve their operational system through alignment with principal objectives and to ensure best performance result.
- Execute plans to help distributor to boost sales in their territory assigned.
- Plan and manage the territory to develop business and new potential accounts.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivables from distributors to avoid overdue account.
- Work with w/ Sales Team of Distributor and continuously monitor, assess and evaluate performance.
- Conduct quarterly business review with our distributor performance in order to address issues and concerns from trade.
Requirements:
- Not more than 35 years old
- At least 4-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in consumer products and at least 2 years experience in Distributor specialist
- Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably business related course)
- Can drive with license
- Must be computer literate
- With strong leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao Area
