Job Hiring: Sales Training Officer (CDO/ GenSan/ Chinatown)

3 Full-time positions available

Job Description

Basic Functions
* Conduct a 90-day development program for new and existing agents to ensure fast coding, licensing and early productivity
* Conduct data and training needs analysis for agents to determine and address development gaps.
* Motivates and drives new agents to achieve desired productivity levels.
* Monitors sales activities and provides support to new agents to ensure the attainment of sales targets
* Generates reports for general information and decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications or any business-related course.
Experience: With 3-5 years experience in training and development in insurance and finance industry.

* Excellent sales and people management skills
* Sales training experience is highly preferable
* With experience in developing and implementing training modules and materials
* Excellent written and oral communication as well as presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others.
* Proficient use of MS Office programs
* Analytical and highly organized
* Willingness to cultivate own growth and learning within the insurance industry.
* Possesses a positive and problem-solving attitude.
* Chinese/Mandarin-speaking skills for Chinatown position is an advantage
