The CDO LGU started decorating the Gaston Park with some Christmas Lights, giving hope and at the same time happiness to all Kagay-anons. It goes to show that we Filipinos are resilient people, that no matter how hard we are experiencing right now, we still know how to celebrate life and be happy with what we have.
Right now, we can see the smiles of children around public places since they are now allowed to be in public as long as they are with fully vaccinated parent or guardian. In Gaston park alone, we can now see children running, happy and carefree and enjoying the Christmas Lights around the park. We cannot wait to celebrate Christmas this year without the fear of the virus and to visit families in our provinces and home towns.
Hopefully, as we continue in trying to achieve the herd immunity against COVID-19 through mass vaccination, we will someday get back to our regular or normal life. We just need to be united with the government's goals and plans in order to move forward towards the bright future.
