Erwin Kenny Ronquillo, Hapsay Buhay program coordinator Patrick Gabutina, city hall department heads, officials of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines MisOr-CDO Chapter, officials of Barangay Lumbia, non-government organizations and some inmates witnessed the activity.
