HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST (For KIDS & ADULTS)
1. The Halloween Costume Contest will be on October 31, 2017, 3PM- 5:00PM at Sky Park at the Fifth (Level 5)
2. Registration/ promo period is from October 24 – 31, 2017
3. Every P2,000 single or accumulated purchase within the promo period from any participating tenants of SM CDO Downtown Premier entitles shopper to one (1) registration in any of the following:
• Halloween Costume Contest – OPEN TO ALL KIDS & ADULTS age 5-35 years old
4. To register, interested participants must present proof of purchase, Birth Certificate (photocopy), ID, and duly accomplished registration form at SM Admin Office, Upper 3rd Level Parking Building and/or at The Event Center, SM CDO Downtown Premier from 10am – 5pm only within the sale promo period.
Note: Receipts for purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car and other form of loans, and the like are not qualified for this Halloween activity.
5. Interested participants will have to fill-in his/her complete name, address, contact number, other details and affix signature on the registration form.
6. For the Halloween Costume Contest, interested participant (both kids & adults) can only choose one (1) category among the two (2):
• Hallowking
• Hallowqueen
7. Participants must be:
• In full costume upon entrance
• Participants must be at the venue, not later than 5 minutes before the contest proper
• Participant/s will shoulder their own Meal and Transportation
8. Prizes: There will be 3 winners for each category
• 1st Prize: Php 10,000 worth of SM Gift Certificate
• 2nd Prize: Php 5,000 worth of SM Gift Certificate
• 3rd Prize: Php 3,000 worth of SM Gift Certificate
9. Deadline of Registration: Oct. 31, 2017 (12PM) Sky Park at the Fifth
10. Criteria for judging as follows:
• Visual Impact 30%
• Creativity 30%
• Adherence to the theme 20%
• Stage Presence 20%
• Winners will be announced on the event date. Prizes will be given right after the event.
