Mapawa Trail Series 2018 First Leg (Trail Run Mapawa - 5k and 21K)

Another year for trail runners to be excited about because Trail Run Mapawa 2018 is here for another series of trail run events.

For the first leg of Mapawa Trail Series are the 5K and 21K Trail Run. This race is the opening race of the 2018 Mapawa Trail Series. Enjoy nature as you run inside Mapawa Nature Park. Registration Includes an Event Shirt, Finisher’s Medal, Bib & Timing Chip and Medal and a Finisher's shirt for the 21K.

5k : Regular rate up to Apr 22, 2018 : 800 PHP (Local) - Runners will receive a Event Shirt, Finisher’s Medal, Bib & Timing Chip and Meal.

21k : Regular rate up to Apr 22, 2018 : 1,400 PHP (Local) - Runners will receive a Event Shirt, Finisher’s Medal Bib & Timing Chip, Finisher’s Shirt and Meal.

Date: April 29, 2018
Venue: Mapawa Nature Park, Malasag, Cugman, CDO
Gun Start: 21K - 5:30AM, 5K - 6:00AM
Race Kit Distribution: April 21-28, 2018 only at R.O.X. Centrio Mall, just bring your ID and Receipt.
Race Briefing: 5:00AM, April 29, 2018 at the Starting Line in Mapawa Nature Park.
Assembly Time: 4:45AM

21K run will have a 6 hours cut off at finish line while 5K run will have no cut off time.

For those who will join the Trail Run Mapawa - 5k and 21K event, there are mandatory gears that you need to bring with you:

1. Any hydration Bottless 500ml minimum (Note: No cups are available at the Aid Stations and Disposable water bottles are not allowed)
2. Extra Trail Food
3. Mobile Phone
4. Whistle

After the first leg of the Mapawa Trail Series, there will be a 2nd leg which is the Trail Marathon Mapawa 42K and 10K Trail marathon to be held on July 29, 2018. Then the 3rd and final leg of the series will be the Trail Fifty Mapawa 50K and 15K Trail Marathon on October 28, 2018.
