Effective immediately!
"AN ORDER REMOVING THE HOME RESTRICTIONS TO THOSE WHO ARE FIFTEEN (15) YEARS PF AGE AND OVER, AND THOSE WHO ARE OVER SIXTY (60) YEARS OF AGE BUT NOT OVER SIXTY-FIVE (65) YEARS OLD."
Those who are between 15 years old and over, and sixty (60) years of age but not over 65 years old are now allowed to go out of their homes for non-essential purposes and they shall also be allowed to enter malls and other business establishments, subject to the strict compliance of the minimum public health standards. (EO No. 165-2020).
City Mayor Oscar Moreno also announced yesterday that curfew hours in Cagayan de Oro will now start at 10:00 pm and end at 4:00 am effective on December 1, 2020.
