You can order here some of the Maranao delicacies such as:

• Apang a Margas - the Torogan Kape's very own version of rice pancake.
• Tiatag - a crunchy and sweet dessert made from grounded rice, cooked in oil.
• Browa - a flour based pastry best paired with coffee, perfect for your afternoon coffee breaks/snacks.
• Dodol - a goan sweet made with coconut milk, jaggery and rice flour.

And their must-try! The Tapay sa Torogan - a yummy dessert made from fermented cassava.
