PCOL AARON M MANDIA, Acting City Director, Cagayan de Oro City Police Office reported to PBGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, Regional Director, Police Regional Office 10 regarding the successful arrest of notorious Motornapper at purok 1 Brgy Balubal cdoc on December 7,2021.
PCOL MANDIA said that PNP elements of COCPS4led by PMAJ ERICSON E SABANAL Station Commander, conducted hot pursuit operation regarding the motor-napping incident which resulted to the arrest of Jestone Nadayag y Madredano, 31 Y/O, single, a res of purok 1, Brgy Balubal cdoc and recovered from his possession and control 6 modified xrm motorcycle with no plate number and body number which already deface. also recovered assorted motor parts accessories.
Suspect is now in custodial facility of PS4 and a case is being prepared for filing and for proper disposition.
