ZALDY OCON VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AT MALAYBALAY POLICE STATION AFTER FACING A CYBER LIBEL CASE

Zaldy Ocon voluntarily surrendered after his warrant of arrest was issued regarding the 11 counts of cyber libel he is facing filed by Congressman Rolando “Klarex” Uy. Based on the Warrant of Arrest from Branch 18 of Judge Emmanuel Pasal.

Bailable amount was set to Php48,000 per count.

Zaldy Ocon is currently in the PNP Bukidnon.

Zaldy Ocon filed a motion for Reconsideration to the Office of the City Prosecutor in CDO on March 2022 but was not accepted by Fiscal after a judicious study of the motion.

UPDATE: Zaldy Ocon has been released by authorities after posting bail around 2pm on more than half a million of his 11 counts in the Cyber ​​Libel case.
