The annual Higalaay Festival in Cagayan de Oro City is a time of vibrant celebrations, and one of its most anticipated highlights is the DepEd Rhythmic Field Demonstration Competition. This year’s event, held on August 25, 2024, at the Misamis Oriental Integrated Sports Complex, was nothing short of spectacular. With over 1,000 students from various public elementary schools showcasing their rhythmic talents, the event truly embodied the festival's spirit.
