To lead and guide a team to ensure proper implementation of policies, systems and practices in compensation, benefits, and personnel administration, facilitate compensation concerns, monitor manpower requirements against plan, and conduct various site HR projects, so as to support the Company’s strategic objectives in retention of talent and achieving labor productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management/Industrial Engineering or related courses
- 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 1 year in supervisory capacity.
- Experience or good exposure to the agriculture or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in basic computer applications e.g. MS Office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
- Knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws
- Willing to relocate to Camp Phillips, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
