ü Customer will get one (1) raffle ticket for every Php 200.00 single or accumulated cash purchase receipts of Blu Energy Fuel, Oil and Lubricants.
ü Customer will get three (3) raffle tickets for single cash purchase worth Php 500.00
ü PO customers can also avail. PO customers, get one (1) raffle ticket for every
ü Php 10,000.00 single or accumulated purchase of BLU Energy Fuel, Oil and Lubricants.
ü BULK customers can also avail. BULK customers, get one (1) raffle ticket for every Php15,000.00 single or accumulated purchase of BLU Energy Fuel, Oil and Lubricants.
ü Customer with BLU Rewards Card will enjoy double coupon redemption upon presenting their card.
ü BLU Rewards Card Holders are also entitled and entry for an Exclusive Electronic Raffle which will be done on October 19, 2018 and November 16, 2018. One Electronic Raffle Entry for every Php200 single or accumulated purchase.
Raffle ticket can be redeemed by presenting the original receipt/s in the station where the fuel was purchased (same site redemption only).
ü Lost or damaged original receipts will not be replaced or honored.
ü Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
ü Employees of BLU Energy Fuel Station Inc. and other partners for the promotion, their respective family members up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity, including persons living in the same household are disqualified from joining the promotion.
ü Promo validity: September 15, 2018 to December 13, 2018.
ü Deadline for the submission of raffle entries: December 13, 2018; 11:59 PM.
ü A person can win only once, in event that a name is drawn twice; the winner will get the prize with the higher value.
ü Draws shall be done with the presence of a DTI Representative.
ü The raffle prize is not convertible to cash. Registration and other related expenses relative to receiving the grand prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
Raffle draw winner will be notified by BLU Energy and shall be contacted over a period of one week to inform them of the win. They will be notified via Registered Mail, Call, Email or SMS from Authorized BLU Energy Representatives.
ü The winner shall claim his/ her prize at BLU Energy Kauswagan. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of BLU Energy.
ü Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present the registered mail and any valid forms of identification or government- issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multipurpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) or proof of citizenship (Passport or Birth Certificate). If there is a discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
ü In event that a winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, winner can authorize a representative on his/her behalf. Representative must present the following: Authorization Letter, Copy of Winner’s Valid ID and original Valid ID of Representative.
ü Major and Grand Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, except by BLU Energy at BLU Energy’s sole discretion.
ü By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of BLU Energy relating to the draw. The winner agrees that BLU Energy may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles, and commercial use in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers, magazines and online channels at any time without the Participants’ further knowledge or consent.
ü BLU Energy shall not be held liable for any defects in, use, nonuse, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction due to negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize after its turn-over to the winner.
Note:
* 1 day prior to the execution of the grand draw, the Cluster Supervisor is tasked to collect the entire drop boxes under his/her cluster.
* Drop boxes must be sealed before it will be transported to the assigned draw sites per cluster.
* A DTI representative will be invited to the opening of sealed drop boxes and he/she will be present during the raffle draw.

• During the scheduled raffle draw, the organizers will initiate an in-house raffle draw intended for customer who attended the raffle draw. The customers who will attend the raffle draw will sign for a registration and will be given a raffle coupon. These raffle coupons will be drawn separately.
• If in case the customer was not around during the actual drawing of raffle coupon and the name was called, his/her coupon will be forfeited.
