Here are the details and steps to avail the COVID vaccination:

2. Deadline for registration will be on November 26, 2021 (Friday).
3. On December 1, 2021, don't forget to bring the following:
-1 VALID ID (GOVERNMENT, COMPANY, SCHOOL)
-IF WITH COMORBIDITIES MAKE SURE TO HAVE A MEDICAL
CLEARANCE FROM YOUR DOCTOR.
4. The National Vaccination Day is open for adults age 18 years and
older, including persons with comorbidities
5. Vaccination will start at exactly 8:00 AM on December 1, 2021.
