Motorists of all types will NOT be allowed to pass across the road of Kauswagan Highway (Honda Side). Vehicles from Bulua heading into the city will use the other lane (SnR side).
Villarin Street in Carmen is not passable to all types of vehicles.
Everyone is urged to remain alert and vigilant due to the rain we are experiencing in the city due to Typhoon “ODETTE”.
