The local government of Gingoog City is currently conducting rescue operations through the 24/7 Emergency Response Command Center with CDRRMO on the affected residents of Barangays 1, 9, 24 and 25 of of Gingoog City.
It will be noted that these barangays are located next to the flood control dikes with on-going construction. Due to the torrential rains the water level in such dikes rises.
Currently, the affected residents are able to evacuate the Barangay Halls and Evacuation Centers while also conducting and distributing relief goods to the affected families.
