- Preferably a Licensed Psychometrician

- Can work under pressure
- Can do multitasking
- Flexible and can work with minimal supervision
- An experience in Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits is an advantage
- Has strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Application
